| Identifying and correcting non-quality |

From stoppages, delivery delays, transport order cancellations and inventory
differences to picking errors and overinvoicing: we record all non-quality
factors in the transport and logistics chain, be they of our doing or otherwise.
All glitches and malfunctions are noted by our on-site employees and stored
in a database at group level. Our computerised Incident Form system
allows us to rapidly determine what corrective action to take, coordinate
Quality plans and monitor our performance indicators closely.
We have all the necessary assets to commit to a comprehensive policy
of ongoing improvement for our customers. |
